NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell needs to convert food into usable energy, and levels decline with age. Quercetin and resveratrol are polyphenols studied for supporting the same cellular pathways: research shows they can potentiate the protective effects of NAD+-boosting compounds against cellular stress, and resveratrol has been shown to support the enzyme activity involved in NAD+ production.
One honest note: oral NAD+ itself is a large molecule, and how efficiently it's absorbed intact is still debated in the research — which is part of why we've paired it with quercetin and resveratrol rather than relying on NAD+ alone.
